The simplest answer? YES!

Of course we'll expand on that , but in 99% of cases the answer is still YES. Why? Statistically speaking, you probably own one of the common printers from Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa or Anycubic. And even in their most basic setups, they are more than capable of producing satisfying results for RC model prints.

Not every model will come out right the first time. What's more, with two ideantical printers, one might produce a perfect print while the other ends up straight in the thrash. Nevertheless, models like:

  • Bambu Lab P1S

  • Bambu Lab P2S

  • Bambu Lab X1

  • Bambu Lab X2

  • Bambu Lab H2

  • Creality K1

  • Creality K2

  • Anycubic Kobra S1

  • Prusa Core

will handle our recommended prints perfectly. What do they have in common? Enclosed print chambers.

What about something like a Bambu Lab A1? Those will also cope just fine, but they require a bit more attention. Because of the size of the models, on open-chamber printers the part is more likely to curl or lift off the bed. That's why it's worth getting some glue, adding brim of several millimeters, and trying different bed temperatures. That will dramatically improve your chances of success.
